FAQs

  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?I offer a variety of different training packages that range from $100/week up to $300 depending on your budget. Most purchased packages are: 1- Virtual training via pdf files which includes: Custom meal plan for a month based on body type and goals (updated weekly based on progress) designed based on caloric expenditure and macro nutrient count. Custom workout plan for a month based on body type and goals as well (updated weekly based on progress) designed based on progressive overload Custom cardio sessions based on goal Custom ab workout Weekly email check ins. Daily text check ins. 2- Virtual training + video call training, which includes: All of the mentioned above + training sessions via video call ( usually range from two sessions/week and up to four)
  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?1- I love to build a bond with my potential clients before committing to anything. Therefore, I like to set up a video call to get to know them and discuss their concerns, goals and come up with an optimal strategy. 2- After we conduct a video call, clients receive a detailed email with all the packages I offer, pricing and a questionnaire to fill. The questionnaire allows me to gather all the information required to be able to design an effective meal and workout plan accurate to their specific body type, goals and needs. 3- Once the client emails me back with the package they chose to go with and the questionnaire, I begin designing their program. Once their program is finalized, we set a schedule for training that works for both and choose a payment method to process the first fee.
  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I have: - Degree in Business Administration. - NASM certificate (National Academy of Sports Medicine). -CPR - 10+ years of experience in personal training - Specialize in body transformation through nutrition and training.
  • How did you get started doing this type of work?Growing up, I was always the skinny kid. I had severe body dysmorphia to the point where I stopped going to the beach and always covered my body with baggy clothes. I decided to join a gym after seeing the results my friend accomplished in a few months while I was getting my business degree in college. Month after month and year after year I developed passion for fitness and and healthy eating. I was totally addicted with the results I achieved. A great type of addiction that pushed me to always strive for better results. Soon after, I decided to learn more about nutrition and exercise science, so I got certified and started coaching people. The more people I helped become fit and healthy, the more satisfaction I derived, the more attached I became to this profession. There's an amazing feeling of accomplishment when you help someone become fit, healthy and comfortable in their own skin. I want to help you get there just as I helped my self and changed my life completely to the better.
  • What types of customers have you worked with?I've worked with a variety of customers. - All age clients. I've had 16year old clients up to 65year olds.. (different training, different approach) - Male and female clients (almost always have different goals) - Clients with injuries (special training tactics to work around injuries and in some cases help lessen some chronic pain) -Clients with different goals such as (lose weight. gain muscle. tone up, bulk up. work on strength. work on agility or speed etc..) At the end of the day, no matter which category you fall in and what your goal might be, my job is to implement all my knowledge and experience to help you achieve your goal in the most effective, efficient and healthy manner.
  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work? The most important things a client wanting to hire a trainer should consider: 1. Make sure the trainer is certified and can legally train. 2. Make sure the trainer is credible through reviews, client progress pictures and social media links. 3. Make sure the trainer has experience and has been training for a few years. 4. Check if the trainer has trained a variety of different clients. Some trainers haven't and might have limited knowledge/experience helping you achieve your goal. 5. Take a look at the trainers physique "nobody wants to work with someone that doesn't know how to be fit to start with". Choose trainers who lead by example. 6. Make sure the trainer has different packages from which you could choose what fits your budget.
  • What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?I offer Video calls before potential clients commit to any packages. The reason for that is I want them to be able to ask me anything that comes to their mind. Remember, there is no such thing as a dumb question in my book especially in areas you don't have to much knowledge in.
